1/2 tsp Cinnamon,
1/4 tsp Nutmeg,
1 tsp Maple Syrup,
1 tsp Bitters,
bottle Red Wine

Use 2 cups boiling water, 1 orange studded with cloves (sliced), and 1 bottle (750ml) dry red wine
