3/4 oz. Rum,
3/4 oz. Banana Liqueur,
3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao,
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream,
1/2 Scoop Crushed Ice

Combine ingredients in blender, blend until smooth
