1 1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur,
3/4 oz. Vanilla Syrup,
Dash Sweet & Sour Mix,
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream,
1/2 Scoop Crushed Ice

Combine ingredients in blender, blend until smooth
